All Victoria Vargas garments are made to order, reflecting our dedication to exclusivity and attention to detail. Once you place your order:

Processing: We verify your order details and payment within 2 business days.

Production: Each piece then undergoes a personalized manufacturing process, requiring 3 business days of production time.

This two-step approach guarantees that your item is crafted precisely to specification before it leaves our atelier.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Upon completion of production, your order is dispatched from one of our international fulfillment centers. Delivery estimates are as follows:

Standard International Shipping: 8–15 business days, depending on destination.

Tracking: A shipment confirmation email—including your tracking number—will be sent immediately to info@victoria-vargas.com.

Please note that these delivery windows are estimates; actual transit times may vary due to carrier schedules, customs processing, or other external factors.

3. Complimentary Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders totaling $9.99 USD or more. For orders below this threshold, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

4. Priority Shipping Protection (Optional)

For enhanced peace of mind, you may add Priority Shipping Protection to your order for $3.99 USD. This coverage includes:

Replacement of lost, stolen, or damaged items in transit—at no additional cost to you.

A streamlined claims process: simply notify us at info@victoria-vargas.com, and we’ll coordinate directly with our logistics partners.

5. Modifications, Cancellations & Address Changes

To accommodate last-minute adjustments:

Order Edits & Address Updates: Accepted within 1 day of purchase.

Order Cancellations: Permitted only within the first day after placement.

Requests outside these windows cannot be honored, as our production and shipping processes proceed swiftly to meet delivery expectations.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. All such charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate before placing your order.

7. Accuracy of Customer-Provided Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all shipping information. Victoria Vargas cannot be held liable for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses or contact details provided at checkout.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive to meet our delivery commitments, Victoria Vargas is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Pandemics or public health emergencies

Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, hurricanes, floods)

Armed conflicts or geopolitical instability

Carrier interruptions, customs holdups, or adverse weather conditions

In such events, we will work diligently with our partners to restore service as quickly as possible.

9. Proof of Delivery & Dispute Resolution

If you believe your order has been lost or delivered incorrectly:

We will initiate an investigation with the carrier to obtain delivery confirmation.

With Priority Shipping Protection: A replacement item will be dispatched at no extra cost upon confirmation of loss or damage.

Without Protection: We will assist you in liaising with the carrier, though replacement or compensation is not guaranteed by Victoria Vargas.

10. Return Policy

Because every item is custom-made, we do not accept returns. Should your package arrive damaged or go missing en route, please file a claim directly with the courier service using your tracking information.
